1. The reservation will be confirmed only with proof of payment of first installment by deposit account informed by Wave Hostel.


2. The deposit reserves can only be effected within the time specified by the hostel. Deposits after the stipulated date will have no value and will be returned after deduction of legal expenses and financial.


3. Cancellation or change of reservation dates are valid only if in writing.


4. In case of cancellation of booking guests can arrange for his replacement by another guest on the same date and conditions.


5. Rates start at 14:00 and end at 12:00 pm the following day, regardless of time of entry.


According to legal requirements in general and in particular with the provisions of Normative Resolution 161/95 of Embratur, the rules of FBAJ (Brazilian Federation of Youth Hostels) and the Consumer Protection Code, canceling or changing reservations at the proper time will be subject to collection of fees and fines according to the following conditions:


I. CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS FOR NORMAL DAY:

When a statement: Reimbursement:

More than 07 days before arrival 90% refund
05 to 07 days before arrival 75% refund
From 02 to 04 days before arrival 50% refund
Zero to 48 hours before arrival No refund



II.CANCELAMENTO for holidays BOOKING AND / OR SPECIAL PACKAGES:



When a statement: Reimbursement:

More than 29 days before arrival 90% refund
From 15 to 29 days before arrival 75% refund
From 07 to 14 days before arrival 50% refund
00 to 07 days before arrival No refund



III. WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT CANCELLATION - NO SHOW

Non-attendance without the written communication mentioned above, the expected date of arrival will be considered "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation), with retention of 100% of premium.



IV. ABANDONMENT AFTER ENTRY

The withdrawal of the hosting of the entry, will not be entitled to any refund, resulting in total loss of the amount paid. How, too, the early departure will not be entitled to a cash refund, or credit new day.
